Escape the Christmas preparations to nourish and restore your body in readiness for Winter.
This workshop will start with a gentle yoga practice that connects us to our senses and our bodies, noticing the tensions that will hold at this time of year. The workshop will include observing the gardens and how nature can sleeps to restore, much like what our bodies need. We will end the workshop with a restorative practice to settle our nervous system and bring about calmness to enable us to step into winter.
Bring a yoga mat, blocks will be provided. Bring a blanket, cushions, a notebook (optional). Bring a warm coat and comfortable clothes to move in with an additional layer to keep warm. Bring a light lunch, coffee/ tea will be provided.
