Handling Session: Hidden Treasures of the GKN Collection

Join Winterbourne’s Curator, Henrietta Lockhart, for a unique handling session, exploring treasures from our GKN Collection.

This handling session is your chance to see some original archival material up close! Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds (GKN) was closely linked to Winterbourne through John Nettlefold. 

Winterbourne’s GKN collection ranges from the 1820s to the 1980s and contains photos, catalogues and much more.  Whether you are interested in industrial history, the second world war, graphic design or Art Deco, this glimpse into GKN’s history is not to be missed.

Recommended for ages 18+. The talk will take place in the Winterbourne Centre for Horticulture.

All courses, workshops and events at Winterbourne House & Garden are non-refundable unless cancelled by Winterbourne. All tickets are subject to a booking fee of up to £2.50.
