Visit as a group
Interested in visiting Winterbourne as a group? Our team of staff will help to get the best out of your visit.
Group bookings of 15 people or more must be booked in advance a minimum of 14 days* in advance of your visit. A deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking.
We limit the number of groups visiting at any one time to ensure your enjoyment of the site. Please do not arrive with a group unannounced as we may have to turn you away.
Group visits are available Monday to Friday and we offer two options:
Honeysuckle
A meet and greet and admission to the House and Garden for your group.
Clematis
A meet and greet, admission to the House and Garden, and a garden tour.
*Please note that pre-booked private catering is only available for groups of over 25 people and confirmation and payment is required 25 days prior to your visit.
Please ensure that your party are aware that Winterbourne is a cashless site and only takes card payments in the Tea room and Shop.

Please note that HHA cards, RHS cards and Gardener’s World 2 for 1 cards cannot be used when visiting as part of a group.
Please also be aware that we open at 10.30am each day and close at 5pm between March and October and 4pm from November to February. We recommend groups visiting us allocate at least 3 hours for their visit.
