What happens now?
Your membership is valid immediately but may take 24 hours to show on our system.
Your cards will be posted to you within the next 5 working days.
Don’t worry though, you can visit straight away! Just bring a copy of your confirmation email with you to show at reception and should for any reason you not have received this please just bring some ID and our staff will be able to check that the membership is being processed for you and sort your admission at Reception.
Information on Winterbourne and your Membership benefits will be included with your card.
If you purchased a Gift Membership this will be sent to either yourself or the member as requested, and include a Gift Card printed at the Winterbourne Press. Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming you to winterbourne.
