Loneliness is on the rise, and some think that the answer lies with robot companions. Should we have robot partners? Should robots look after children and the elderly? During this philosophy workshop, Dr Henry Taylor explores the future of technology in our lives.
Dr Henry Taylor is an Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham. He’s interested in the philosophy of psychology and robotics. He’s researched perception, attention, consciousness, and human-robot interaction.
