Join or renew your membership
The easiest way to join or renew your membership is online. Alternatively you can join on arrival or download and print/post a membership form.
Please note that memberships purchased between Tuesday 23 December 2025 and Thursday 1 January 2026 will not be processed until Friday 2 January at the earliest. Your membership will be valid for use from when Winterbourne reopens on Monday 12 January.
Purchase a membership as a gift
To purchase a Gift Membership, you can buy online, call in to reception or phone us during opening hours on 0121 414 3003. Gift Membership comes with a ‘Winterbourne Press’ gift card and you can either collect it or we can post it to the destination of your choice.
