*Two adults and up to three children living at the same address Gift Aid We get a lot of questions about why gift aid admission is more than standard admission. In order to qualify as a gift, we are required to charge at least 10% more on admission which can then be giftaided. Money raised from our gift aid goes toward vital conservation and restoration projects. Further information can be found via this link Disabled Access Winterbourne House has disabled access throughout the ground floor including the heritage rooms, tea room and terrace. As the house is a listed building, there were many limitations to what work could be undertaken to make the house completely accessible. Staff can advise you of the best way to experience the house and garden, taking your own personal needs into account. Most of the botanic garden is also accessible although some paths are uneven so care must be taken. We have plans to extend the disabled access in the garden by way of better footpaths, a project which will cost a considerable amount of money but will also increase the enjoyability of the garden for many visitors. For more information on this project, click on 'Support us'. Photography Visitors wishing to take photos of the house and grounds during their visit are welcome to do so. If you wish to organise photography for weddings, photo shoots or special events in our house or grounds, charges are applicable and photography must be arranged in advance. Please call 0121 414 9113 to arrange. House rules Without any 'don't touch' signs, it's easy to forget you are in a museum when visiting Winterbourne House. Please respect other visitors and our exhibits by not eating or drinking anywhere other than the tea room and during wet weather, checking your footwear for mud before walking through the house.
